Welcome to TorneoDXB. By registering for and participating in any of our tournaments or accessing our website, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Tournament Cancellation & Refund Policy

• TorneoDXB reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any tournament due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to weather, venue issues, or insufficient registrations.
• In the event of a cancellation by TorneoDXB, a full refund will be issued to all registered participants.
• If a player fails to attend a tournament without prior notice, their entry fee will be forfeited as a no-show penalty — no refund will be provided.

2. Player Eligibility & Fair Play

• Tournaments are categorized by skill level (Depending on the sport)
• Players must register honestly according to their experience and ability.
• If a player or team is found to be intentionally competing below their actual level, they may be disqualified without a refund.
• TorneoDXB promotes fair play and sportsmanship at all times. Disrespectful or aggressive behavior may result in immediate disqualification and a ban from future events.

3. Registration & Payment

• All registrations must be completed through our official website torneodxb.com.
• Payments are securely processed via our trusted partner platform (Ziina).
• Confirmation of a spot is only valid upon both form submission and payment.

4. Data Privacy & Protection

• TorneoDXB is committed to protecting your personal information.
• Any data provided, including names, contact details, and payment information, will be kept strictly confidential and used solely for tournament administration and communication.
• We do not store or have access to payment card details. All transactions are handled through secure, encrypted third-party processors.
• We will never sell, share, or misuse your personal data.

5. Photography & Media Consent

• By participating in any TorneoDXB event, you agree to allow us to use photographs or video recordings of the tournament for marketing and promotional purposes on our social media and website.
• If you wish to opt out, please notify us in writing before the event.

6. Liability Waiver

• Participants understand and acknowledge that tournament activities carry an element of physical risk.
• TorneoDXB and its partners are not liable for injuries, damages, or lost property incurred during the event.
• By registering, all players agree to participate at their own risk.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the site or participation in tournaments constitutes acceptance of any changes.
